In 2017, JSC Wagon-Service was the first to develop technology painting of high-speed Sapsan train without detachment of carriages which was approved by Siemens and RZD. As a result, JSC Wagon-Service is the first and exclusive Russian contractor which got a contract from Siemens for painting and reconditioning of decorative varnish coat of high –speed Sapsan train.
Painting is made with prime coating + varnish system and application of tinted coat –levelling agent. After painting RZD brand label is applied on train.
